(1) In spite of anything written elsewhere in this regulation, if a separate minister is appointed in the office of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers, according to the division of labor regulations, such minister shall carry out the work other than the work specified to be done by the prime minister in accordance with the Constitution and prevailing laws of Nepal. The Prime Minister will be able to delegate authority.
(2) The Minister of the Office of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers shall exercise the authority granted to the departmental minister in accordance with this regulation and the prevailing law, while completing the work in accordance with sub-rule (1).
